Transformers: The Last Knight

The end of the world is near! At least when it comes to the evil sorceress Quintessa and Autobots leader Optimus Prime. Because they are happy to do without the earth if the destroyed world of Cybertron can be rebuilt. On Earth, people are not very enthusiastic about these prospects. And so Cade Yaeger ( Mark Wahlberg ), the Transformer Bumblebee, the English Lord Edmund Burton ( Anthony Hopkins ), the history professor Vivien Wembley ( Laura Haddock ) and the young Izabella ( Isabella Moner ) join forces to end the downfall together impede.

Transformers: The Last Knight is always a major event. A very predictable major event. While critics around the world rarely unite to keep every potential visitor out of theaters, fans don’t care much. Parts three and four have each grossed more than a billion dollars, and overall the series is the highest-grossing film series of all time. With the fifth part, however, things went downhill commercially. Michael Bay’s protestations that Transformers: The Last Knight would be his last film, this time one even wants to believe them.
